Enlighted Support… New and Improved for YOU

The Enlighted team is pleased to announce the launch of our new Support portal, designed with the user in mind. The Enlighted Support portal provides access to Enlighted product documentation, allowing customers to browse and learn at their own pace. The portal empowers customers with a self-service option to find information, request services, and resolve their issues. It can be accessed via a web browser or mobile after securely logging in. Our new Support portal allows you to fully personalize your own experience – find the information you need, when you need it.

Signing In

Signing in is easy. Simply access and click “Sign up.” A welcome email is sent to the registered email address for email verification and to create a password to log in.


The new portal offers four main features

  1. Self-service support option
  2. Search information from the knowledge base
  3. Submit support requests and view articles
  4. Obtain answers from community (to be provided in a future release).

Once logged in, you can access information in each of the following ways:

  • By category, section, or article
  • Through our “simple text search” feature
  • By browsing recently viewed or related articles.

Subscribing to Content

If there are certain sections or articles that are of particular interest to you, there’s also the option to subscribe to content.

  • Navigate to the section or article
  • Click the “Follow” button
  • Choose notifications for “New articles” or “New articles and comments.”

You will receive email notifications on new articles or major updates. You can stop following content at any point in time by clicking the “Unfollow” button.
