Eligibility
The Building Robotics Inc. (“Enlighted”) and Zumtobel Lighting Inc. (“Zumtobel”) Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of countries where the Sweepstakes is not prohibited by law. Employees of Enlighted and Zumtobel, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by scanning their badge at Enlighted and Zumtobel’s booth during LEDucation on March 18-19, 2025. Enlighted’s booth is located at booth #6636, and Zumtobel’s booth is located at booth #6632 and #6634. There is no cost to enter. You may scan at either Enlighted or Zumtobel’s booth to enter. if you scan at both booths, you will only be entered once.
Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on March 18, 2025, and ends on March 19th, 2025. All entries must be received during LEDucation exhibit hours only to be eligible. Entries close at 3pm ET on March 19th 2025.
Selection of Winner
One winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries collected. The random drawing will take place on March 24, 2025. The winner will be notified via email and must claim the prize within seven days of notification. If the winner does not claim the prize within seven days, an alternate winner will be selected, and the process will repeat until a winner claims the prize. The prize will be mailed to the winner at the mailing address they provide when claiming the prize.
Prize
The prize consists of one Apple iPad and one Apple Pencil. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at the discretion of Enlighted and Zumtobel. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
Claiming the Prize
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided. The winner must respond within seven days to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, Enlighted and Zumtobel reserve the right to select an alternate winner. The process will continue until the prize is successfully claimed.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Enlighted and Zumtobel, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Enlighted and Zumtobel reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner at its sole discretion if the entrant is found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating the rules.
Limitation of Liability
Enlighted and Zumtobel are not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures that may affect participation or the ability to enter the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Enlighted and Zumtobel and its affiliates from any liability or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.
Privacy
Any personal information collected during the entry process will be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and contacting the winner. Enlighted and Zumtobel will not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.
